With this pen it is possible to use a variety of ink cartridges or a LAMY converter. It is easy to install ink cartridges— just insert the cartridge into the section of the pen nib (no need to push the cartridge all the way in), then twist the pen barrel into the section of the nib. The ink cartridge is automatically punctured by attaching the barrel and installed.
