1. General conditions
1.1. Return and replacements of goods is carried out in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules p.25 approved by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 of the Government and Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811
1.2. The Customer may withdraw from the agreement without a reason and without incurring any expenses whatsoever (except for the costs related to sending the Goods back to the Seller, unless agreed otherwise) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Goods.
1.3. The Customer must send the Goods to the Seller in the agreed manner within 14 days from the submission of the notice on the withdrawal from the agreement to the Seller.
1.4. Refunds of initial payments will be issued in the established manner within 14 days after return of Goods to our store or Order cancellation.
2. Cancelling of the Order
2.1. If you want to cancel the order before it is dispatched please send our customer service team an email with subject “Order [Order no.] cancellation request” to info@vinicart.com or call them on +370 665 23232.
3. Return of quality item
3.1. If you want to return an item, you can do within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please notice that:
3.1.1. the returned Goods must be unused and unstained and in their original packaging;
3.1.2. invoice received upon purchase must be provided when returning the Goods;
3.1.3. when returning good quality products, you can request a full refund or replacement of it (in this case, price difference may appear);
3.1.4. the Buyer must cover return costs of any quality products. We recommend using trackable shipping services;
3.1.5. if incorrect item was sent to you, we will cover the return and new item shipment costs.
3.2. Please return any quality items to UAB Tera Group Europe, Veiveriu st. 142, Kaunas 46353, Lithuania.
4. Return of defective item
4.1. If you have received defective product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please send us an email with subject “Order [Order no.] return request” to info@vinicart.com along with these documents:
4.1.1. pictures of defective item showing exact defect;
4.1.2. pictures of original product packaging with item number on it;
4.1.3. pictures of a box of a parcel with shipment number visible;
4.1.4. an invoice received upon purchase.
4.2. After your return request has been confirmed by our customer service team you will receive prepaid return label. Attach the label to the box before you hand it to the carrier.
4.3. Depending on your request we will either refund you in full or replace the defective item with quality one. Return and new item shipment costs will be covered by us.
