Description
The heart of this mill is the grinder with Hochstickstoffhaltigem, Martensitic stainless steel with high (approximately 58 Rockwell hardness) and high strength for high edge retention. Extremely sharp, after curing individually sharp Z cutting edges. Newly developed Mill, geometry. Very homogeneous grinding result. Grinding speed approx. 1 bean/turn Enclosed Double Mounted axle, with stainless steel ball bearings. Handle Knob made from Oak wood can be removed and seal on the handle. Secure the crank on the axle with magnet connection. All plastic parts made of Eastman Tritan copolyester
